Update on SC HIV/STD Conference
The 2009 SC HIV/STD Conference, while continuing as a community-based effort this year, will be very different in 2009 than in years past. Due to the serious budget constraints of state agencies, clinical providers, AIDS service organizations, and other community-based organizations, the Conference has changed its format for 2009 to offer two days of programming, each with a different emphasis.
